Unveiling Oneself: A Twelve-Year Journey through Sādhanā at Hathavidya
Imagine a transformative odyssey spanning twelve years. This is the essence of a dedicated Sadhana at Hathavidya Traditional School of Yoga. Sadhana, meaning spiritual practice, guides you through a progressive exploration of physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation techniques. Here's a glimpse into this remarkable journey:
As individuals navigate through life's stages and embrace their human nature, they encounter a spectrum of emotions. While they may experience periods of joy and despair, they cannot fully regain control of their lives until their prarabhda karmas have been exhausted. To expend these karmas, consistent practice, self-discipline, and unwavering focus are essential. According to the wisdom of ancient gurus, overcoming conflicting thoughts and diminishing the influence of inherent qualities requires at least twelve years of dedicated yoga practice. With this understanding, Hatha Vidya Gurukulam has launched a twelve-year Sadhana program for sincere aspirants seeking to unlock their full potential and attain the highest realms of Yoga
*The course will span a total of twelve years, six of which will be devoted to Saparya under the mentorship of an Acharya.
